O Programa de Monitorização do Sistema Judicial (JSMP) foi fundado em Díli no início de 2001. Através da realização de uma análise jurídica independente, da monitorização do tribunal e de actividades informativas da comunidade, o JSMP pretende dar o seu contributo e avaliar o processo em curso de construção de um sistema judicial sustentável em Timor-Leste.
